Scorpios Beachclub & Hotel

Mykonos, Greece

2018-2021

In 2018, Felicitas initiated the Mind & Body program at Scorpios Beachclub Mykonos, which is now part of Soho House Group, and includes Soho Roc House. Taking a long-term vision, the collaborative program annually invites a global community of holistic healers and thought leaders, cultivating mind-body wisdom, creative expression and positive transformation. Curated and supervised by Felicitas each year, the program offers integral value for a new generation of seekers and creative entrepreneurs in a holistic hospitality setting.

Strategically aligning with Scorpios’ existing mission and brand vision, a daily program of workshops, interactive talks, as well as movement and meditation group classes, including Yoga, Dance and Qi Gong, has been created. Scorpios’ value offering and guest experience has been expanded and complemented, strengthening community and building emotional engagement. On-demand private sessions have included Osteopathy, Esalen Massage, Human Design readings and holistic coaching.

Felicitas directs themes and content of the program, curates and books facilitators, trains hotel staff, develops daily timetables, and supervises art direction and creation of marketing material, such as print & digital program brochure.

Experience Pillars: Meditation, Movement, Community & Nature

Wild Food Café

London

2020-2021

For this plant-based wellness oasis in the heart of London, Felicitas has created a weekly holistic events series that runs throughout 2020.

Collaborating with leading mind-body facilitators and healers, the program takes place in an urban setting, bringing together community and establishing authentic relationships while activating deeper sources of knowing. The weekly program offers an immersion into mind-body practices, such as Kundalini Yoga, Chakra Activation and Sound Healing, ancient wisdom traditions, such as Shamanic Journeying, as well as film screenings, including ‘The Twelve’ by Le Ciel Foundation. Through the weekly gatherings, talks and meditation classes, guests explore the art of ceremony, intention setting and the power of ritual. Felicitas carefully aligns the experiences with Wild Food’s existing brand and future vision.

The events series creates holistic value and offers opportunities for reflection, self-exploration and the cultivation of sustainable wellbeing. Connecting to the seasons and the elements, the classes are curated for creating deeper relationships with ourselves, and the world around us.

Felicitas curates the program, books facilitators, trains in-house staff, develops daily timetables and supervises all marketing material, including print & digital program brochure.

For A New Generation of Seekers

Zunya

Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica

2019

As early consultant Felicitas contributed to defining the philosophical direction and concept of Zunya, a platform for the development of cultural and environmentally conscious projects. Located in one of the world’s “Blue Zones”, Zunya is an experimental community project that explores ancient and modern technologies, cultivating deeper roots of wellness and connection. A nest of creativity and well-being, Zunya serves as a space to reconnect and deepen the bond with self, nature and others. Felicitas served as consultant in curating the holistic experience journey as well as building bespoke volunteer and residency programs.

Epi 1959

Saint-Tropez, France

2019

Focusing on the synthesis of activity and relaxation, the Epi Peaks program was developed together with NY-based creative studio District Vision. Connecting with the dynamic interplay between embodied learning, peak performance and stillness this program takes a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Surrounded by an abundance of hiking and running trails, this inter-disciplinary program of daily group classes is set between the holistic sports centre, including tennis courts and the ocean front yoga pavilion, and nature’s pristine trails and waves. At the intersection of movement and meditation, activity and relaxation, Felicitas invited a global team of experts in sports, yoga and mindfulness to guide guests in their bespoke wellness journey.

Aligning to Hotel Epi’s pioneering vision of wellness and its abundant natural surroundings, this program consisted of daily morning and evening meditation and yoga group classes, guided hikes and mindfulness walks in nature, as well as indoor and outdoor running and tennis classes. Private sessions included Shiatsu, Flower Essence Therapy and Massage. A holistic library was curated to complement our guest’s bespoke wellness journey, which was led by our holistic health ambassadors on site.

Felicitas supervised the entire project, including theme and content curation, facilitator booking, hotel staff training, developing daily timetables, as well as print & digital program brochure.
